I got into complementary therapy when I developed Cervical Spondylosis, I realised I could not continue with the very large doses of painkiller I had been prescribed, and in looking for a suitable complementary therapy that could help my condition I found Reiki. As a result of completing a number of courses, I am able to control my condition and no longer require any painkillers, I hope my story will give other people hope, and that there is an alternative.
