I originally qualified in holistic massage in 2002 and have since gone on to study sports massage, and an Hawaiian hands free technique, by combining all three approaches I have begun to develop my own style and am passionate about its stress relieving and healing effects. I have also attended several advance massage workshops for which I am certificated, including effective stretching, soft tissue release, and hot stone massage.
I will be adding more advance skills in 2005 such as massage in pregnancy and baby massage, and on the completion of these I will be awarded an advanced massage diploma.
As complementary and holistic therapies are my passion I am continuing with my education in this field and am currently studying reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Counselling Skills, which I intend to incorporate into my treatments in the future.
I am always interested in expanding my knowledge in all areas of Health and well-being so that I can give my clients the very best service possible.
